What Is Geocaching?
Geocaching is an outdoor recreational activity, in which the participants use a Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver or mobile device and other navigational techniques to hide and seek containers, called "geocaches" or "caches." Because Geoaching involves a lot of walking, it is a great activity for logging a lot of steps for the 10,000 Steps contest. It's also a lot of fun! Visit Geocaching.com for more information.
