- Welcome back everyone! Once again, the Office of Information Technology (OIT) reminds you that email messages asking for your personal information are bogus. NEVER respond to an email asking for your personal information. OIT and UW-Platteville would NEVER ask you for personal information by email. DO NOT, under any circumstances, provide your username, password or birth date by email. DELETE such fake messages immediately. If you have any questions, please contact the HelpDesk or ResNet. - NetMail Web Client Stability Issue [RESOLVED?]: We have applied updated code that should resolve the problem of the NetMail web client sometimes failing. We have also turned back on the Personal Address Book feature within the NetMail client. Thanks for your patience as we work to verify that this issue is resolved. (Updated 9/5/2008 2:15PM)

If you have not already done so, answer the challenge/response questions so you can change your own password later if you've forgotten it or it expires.
