What are you most excited about starting or experiencing at UW-Platteville?
I am most excited to experience the life, atmosphere, and learning opportunities that are offered at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. I am also excited to get to meet new people and make new friends that are from a completely different state than me. Meeting new people, experiencing the atmosphere and the learning opportunities are just a short list of what I am most excited about experiencing at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. I am just too excited to be a Pioneer in general!
What interests and/or hobbies do you have?
My most important hobby that I have is playing softball. I have had a passion for this sport since the day I started playing and I haven't been able to put my glove down ever since. I also have an interest in the agriculture department or becoming a kindergarten teacher. Being a kindergarten teacher also interests me because as a senior I have gotten a chance to shadow my kindergarten teacher that I had as a child and see what it's like being a teacher. The kids are so full of energy and I love working with them and helping them learn new things every day.
Kelsie's Thank You Note
I would just like to say thank you so much for granting me with the Randolph High School Community Scholarship. It really means a lot to me that you chose me to receive this scholarship. Every penny counts when you want to be successful in life and go to a four year University. I am now one step close to achieving my dreams. Again, thank you so much. It is greatly appreciated!
