Experience

Deb has been employed by UW-Platteville Foundation since January 2004. As Foundation Accountant, Deb manages and directs the financial and accounting operations for the UW-Platteville Foundation. She came to the Foundation from the private sector with more than eighteen years of accounting and management experience.

Background

Deb was born and raised on a dairy farm in southwest Wisconsin, and graduated from nearby Belmont High School. Of her six siblings, five also have degrees from UW-Platteville. After graduation from UWP she spent the following years working and living in Iowa, returning to live in Platteville in 2000. Through the accountant position with the Foundation, she also returned to work in Wisconsin. She has a son, Zachary, and, in addition to attending her son’s activities, enjoys spending time with family and friends.
