William J. Broske, ’77 UWP

William graduated from UW-Platteville in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science Degree and in 1980 with a degree of Masters of Science Agriculture Industries. He married Mary Lou Kirk in 1972, they have lived in Platteville Wisconsin for the last 35 years. He is a dairy product specialist and a World Cheese Judge. He has worked in developed, developing and undeveloped countries as a consultant and volunteer with the dairy product manufacturing industry. With his work he has traveled and worked in no less than fifty countries.
