Heather Mallory

Biographical Information:
Ms. Mallory received her Master’s degree in oboe from the University of Minnesota in 1998, where she studied with Kathryn Greenbank and Elizabeth Starr-Masoudnia. While residing in Minneapolis, Heather was appointed acting principal oboe for the Duluth-Superior Symphony Orchestra and the Grand Forks Symphony Orchestra and was on the faculty at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota. She also completed several recordings of chamber music with members of the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra. Heather now lives in Dubuque, Iowa, where she is the principal oboe of the Dubuque Symphony and is adjunct faculty at University of Wisconsin-Platteville, Clarke College, and University of Dubuque.
