These scholarships are available to students with majors or minors in Criminal Justice, or students involved in related organizations.
- Betty(Gray) Campbell Memorial
- Must be one of the following majors: English/Language Arts, Speech, History, Drama, or French. Must be in a sophmore, junior, or senior year with a GPA of 3.0 or better
- College of Liberal Arts: Education Scholarship
- Any major in the College of LAE.
- Dick Wadewitz
- Any student who is pursuing a degree in health promotions.
- Dr. Peter Kang Memorial Scholarship for Excellence In Public Service
- Must be pursuing a degree in College of LAE, junior or senior status and must be in good academic standing. Preference will be given to students who have intellectual talents in the community through scholarship engagement, service learning, and/or volunteer public service. Application process includes: Essay of 1,000 words about the applicant's experience or commitment to excellence in public service and a letter of recommendation from a faculty member. Stop by the Financial Aid office for an application.
- ELS - Alumni Chapter
- Any liberal arts or education major in the College of Liberal Arts and Education; leadership potential; 60+ credits hours; high academic achievement; financial need.
- Georgianna Sands Women's Studies Scholarship
- Any major in College of LAE.
- Glenn R. Davis
- Forensic participant, excellence in scholarship. Financial need.
- Patricia Doyle
- Traditional age female, majoring/minoring in health and physical education with significant participation in student activities, at least sophomore standing (30 credits earned), minimum GPA of 2.5 (4.0 scale), need based.
- Valerie (Beighley) Anderson
- Junior or senior in humanities or arts (teaching and/or non-teaching majors in English, foreign language, art, music, theatre or interdisciplinary studies in the humanities). Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Vern Thompson
- Any liberal arts major in the College of Liberal Arts and Education with sophomore standing (minimum), a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or above and of good character.
- William H. "Billy" Williams
- Primary major (any discipline) in the liberal arts; biology; physics, chemistry. Eligible applicants must have a GPA of 3.0.
- Ziegert Scholarship
- Currently enrolled, demonstrate interest in pursuing speech communication career, financial need, GPA 3.25 or better and good character.
