2012 Schedule
January 2012
- File the 2012-2013 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at fafsa.ed.gov. Students can obtain a paper FAFSA by calling the Federal Student Aid Information Center at 1-800-433-3243.
- New Freshman Foundation Scholarship applications should be submitted to the Financial Aid Office. The deadline is January 12, 2012 (admitted students only).
- Spring semester financial aid refund checks will be disbursed.
- Continuing student should apply for UW-Platteville Foundation Scholarships. Apply at uwplatt.edu/finaid/scholarships.html Deadline is February 10, 2012.
- Review the student employment job board on-line at uwplatt.edu/finaid/ or in the Financial Aid Office for employment opportunities (Work-Study, Regular, and Off Campus).
February 2012

- Apply for 2012 summer school financial aid. Applications available in the Financial Aid Office and on-line.
- Review off-campus summer job opportunities. Information available on-line at uwplatt.edu/finaid/ or in the Financial Aid Office.
- New freshman who have been admitted and have a complete file will be notified and be able to view the awards online through PASS.
- Continuing students who received a UW-Platteville Foundation Scholarship will be notified.
- Complete the Summer School Financial Aid application if attending summer school. Forms are available in the Financial Aid Office or online at uwplatt.edu/finaid/summer2012.html
April 2012

May 2012

- Respond to any Financial Aid Office requests for additional information for 2012-2013 found on your "To Do List".
