Approval of Minutes:  On hold for now

Dean Hudson shared the death of Mathematics Professor, Tony Thomas.  This is a very difficult time for everyone.  He reminded everyone of the emotion stress that will accompany this tragedy.  At this time, he also requested that people share their contact information including cell phone numbers to have on file and share within the College. 

Discussion Topics:

1. TOPC Priorities—Please go through and choose the top ten college-wide items and get them to Bill.  He will then consolidate and share.
2. Travel & Outreach—Dean Hudson shared his travel opportunities.
3. General Engineering Report—Osama Jadaan highlighted areas of the GE report.  Discussion followed.
4. Advising Faculty Workloads—Bill shared information on faculty workloads.  This is a work in progress.  Please review and share any concerns with him.
5. PASS Advising Tools—Tammy shared information on these tools and available opportunities to learn more.
6. Student Advising Success Center—Tammy Salmon-Stephens
