Approval of minutes from 4/21/08 and 4/28/08. 

Announcements:

1. New engineering building alert—Do NOT go into the building without permission.  Anyone wanting access or a tour, should contact Pete Davis or Lisa.

2. Tammy reminded everyone that the Advisor Award nominations have been extended until Friday, 5/16.

3. Abulkhair indicated that 21 students attended the event in Waukesha on 5/8.

4. Chemistry candidate accepted the position.

Discussion Topics:

1. Lab Utilization—Lisa shared data and asked for assistance in gathering the information for Rob Cramer and justification for the renovation of Ottensman.
