Executive Council NOTES

September 20, 2007

Brad Richardson was asked to discuss the transfer process/procedure with the Executive Council members.  He indicated that transfer students in the past have not been a focus at UW Platteville and we are not trying to change that.  Currently, Brad is reviewing the general education courses and corresponds with the academic departments regarding the transfer of courses.  He will also start flagging/notifying departments if a D or F exists on a transfer student’s transcript.

Good discussion followed as well as question/answer period.
