faculty members attended the EMS in-service
workshop last week
∙ 2 candidates interviewing for computer
support technician opening will be available on 9/8 from 3:30-4:30 in Rm. 101 Otts. for questions and on 9/13
from 1:30-2:30 in Rm 144 Otts.
∙ Career Day is October 31, 2005
∙ Library
Alternative Testing
Center is available for
students with a disability Visa.
The person to contact in the Library is Lee Knoble-Janney,
342-6006. He is available from 9am-1pm
each day.
∙ Group ads for open positions are due

∙ Faculty teaching loads are due to the
Dean’s office soon after 9/19
- Textbook
Allocation for the College is $170,000 per year and only a small amount
remains for the second semester.
Send requests to the Dean ASAP.

Breakfast with Career Fair company representatives, Sept. 29 at 7:30am in
Platteville E and W rooms of PSC.
- Motion
was made and approved to add a Municipal Emphasis in CEE.
- WSPE
meeting in Platteville is set for November 10th. This meeting will be combined with the College of EMS fall dinner as it was last
year. Send names of possible
speakers to Lisa Riedle, Asst. Dean.
- Reminder
of Professional Development Conf. Nov. 18-19 in Minneapolis. Contact the Dean if you are interested
in attending. A copy of the
brochure will be distributed to Chairs and Program Coordinators.
