1.† Labview workshop will be Nov. 23, 8-4 in Otts. 110.† Registration is required-contact Adam Sweet at: Adam.Sweet@ni.com to register
2.† Mary Jo Stutenberg , LTE for MOE will be in 172 Otts. Mondays and Tuesdays.
3.† Peoplesoft timeout will remain, work continues on the fix to the Relog in button
4.† Students will be able to reset their password from off campus next semester.
1.† NSF has a new funding policy-No matching money is required for any proposal.
2.† The interactive TV program is being reviewed.† A decision will be made soon as to whether UWP will be a part of the new expensive network.† The Distance Education Room equipment in Otts. will be removed with the room returning to a classroom.
3.† Freshman scholarships need to be selected earlier to encourage enrollment at UWP.† It is believed that this could be accomplished in the college.† Additional discussions will take place.
4.† Special course fees-Bills need to be sent to the Cashierís Office sooner so they are included in bills sent to students.
5.† Teaching Fellows and Scholars-Application deadline is Nov. 24 to the Deanís office.† Earlier submission would be appreciated.
6.† Send DRB procedures for 2005 to the Dean as soon as they are ready.†
7.† Changes to ME curriculum were discussed and approved with some editorial changes.
8.† Sr. exit survey forms were distributed and changes to the forms should be sent to Lisa.
9.† Each department should prepare a list of labs and a one-sentence description of the purpose of the lab.† Send the information in electronic form to John Musselman at firstname.lastname@example.org
10.† Testing for students with special needs during final exams can be done in the Karrmann Library space and can be proctored by students who will be paid by the Deanís office.
