Jacqueline A. Iribarren

Currently, Jacqueline is the Title III, ESL & Bilingual Education Consultant for the Department of Public Instruction. Jacqueline’s past work experiences include working in the Madison Metropolitan School District as a Bilingual Resource Teacher, ESL Program Support Teacher, ESL & Special Education Support Teacher, bilingual/bicultural school psychologist serving preK-12 English language learners and as the Student Services Coordinator for the Middleton Cross-Plains Area School district. Jacqueline received her doctoral degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis and holds administrative licenses in Student Services and Curriculum & Instruction.

Although Jacqueline is originally from Chile, South America, she considers herself a “World Citizen”, having both multi-cultural & multi-lingual experiences from across the globe.

Jacqueline will be teaching Methods & Assessments of teaching English Language Learners. In this capacity, she will also bring her assessment background of ELLs in special education referrals & placement.
