Master of Science in Project Management
Certificates
Project Management is an increasingly popular field among professionals who are finding that they are required not only to manage projects, but also to balance competing demands among scope, time, cost, and quality, while facilitating relationships between the project team and the customers. To meet that need, the University of Wisconsin-Platteville offers certificates that are available completely online.
Students must fulfill the following requirements to obtain a certificate:
- Achieve a minimum grade of "C" in each course for the certificate program.
- Complete the certificate program with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Take all courses under the direction of University of Wisconsin-Platteville faculty. Transferred courses and course substitutions are not allowed.
- Request a certificate from the Distance Learning Center within one year upon completion of the final course in the certificate.
You will enroll as a special (non-degree-seeking) student for the courses in the following certificates. If you later apply and are accepted into the master's degree program, credits earned toward a certificate may be applied to the degree program if such credits meet the university's standards for transfer.
