Hours of Technical Support Via E-mail

  • Mondays through Thursdays, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • Fridays 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Sundays 1:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Hours of Technical Support Via Telephone

  • Seven days per week, 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.

NOTE: All times US Central Time and do not include legal holidays.

When requesting technical support, please provide your name, your course number, and the web address (URL) you are attempting to access in any e-mail correspondence or telephone calls, in addition to a description of your concern.
