Professional Experience
Baker has taught classes in business writing, business law, ethics, English as a second language, speech, leadership, written communications, legal citations, and literature over the course of her more than two-decade teaching career.
Baker worked for eight years as a staff attorney at UAW-GM Legal Services Plan in Janesville, Wisconsin.
She received the Verdell Frazier Young Award, was a National Merit Scholar and an Illinois State Scholar, and has served as the vice chair of the organizational committee of Monroe Main Street since 2008.
