Hartman has thirty years of experience working in the capital equipment manufacturing and specialty chemicals industries. His roles have included functional leadership and project management assignments in Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations.
Major project experience includes work in construction and decommissioning of chemical plants; design and production of military equipment for the Army, Navy, and Air Force; construction of cogeneration equipment and facilities; redesign/retooling of packaging and distribution centers; development and production of oilfield production equipment; installation and revision of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems and modules; installation of supply chain planning systems; management of a procurement project and commodity portfolios; and establishment of risk management and risk engineering systems.
Hartman's international experience includes project work in China, England, France, Belgium, Mexico, Canada, Spain, and Japan.
