Professional Experience
Hathaway has 10 years of project leadership experience with Xerox. He has held roles of increasing responsibility as a Project Consultant, Technical Project Manager and, most recently, Global Project Manager. Hathaway has experience with a variety of project management tools and methodologies, as well as quality management approaches such as Six Sigma. He has broad Account Management and Operations Management in multiple divisions of Xerox Corporation.
