Professional Experience
Hansen, a professor of business administration on campus, has taught distance courses since coming to UW-Platteville in 1991 and has developed a number of courses for print and online delivery. Before coming to UW-Platteville, she held the position of controller for a number of businesses in Kansas City. Hansen also held management positions in the manufacturing sector for several years in central Kansas and west Texas.
On campus, Hansen works to develop international exchange opportunities for business students, serves on several college and university committees, and the Project Management Program’s steering committee. Her research interests include the role of culture in international business practices.
