Terry is a member of the American Economics Assocation, the Midwest Economics Association, and faculty advisor to Omicron Delta Episilon. He has written and presented papers called "A New Approach to Dichotomizing the Labor Market," "An Economic Analysis of the Effects of Increased Penalties on the Market for Addictive and Non-Addictive Drugs," and "The Impact of Cooperative Learning on Business Statistics Students."
He has also coauthored the papers "Economic Impact of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville on Southwest Wisconsin," "Assessment in Economics: It's Mostly how You Play the Game," and "Valued-Added in Learning of Business Statistics Using Cooperative Learning Techniques." Liska has also had two articles published in the Teaching Professor titled "Open Book and Note Exams" and "Study Groups Revisited."
Liska is married and has two children. In his leisure time, he enjoys fishing, sports, waterskiing, and Star Trek. Live long and prosper.
