Professional Experience
Lucas is an advisor for the Master of Science in Project Management program and the Master of Science in Organizational Change Leadership program.
After working in the non-profit world for 10 years, Lucas is happy to return the world of academia, her Wisconsin roots, and the land of the Green Bay Packers. She has served as a counselor, educator, trainer and operations director for several non-profit organizations working to end violence against women.
Personal Information
In her spare time, Lucas enjoys reading and walking, but what makes her radiate true joy is helping to raise her nephew.
