NetID Password Reset Request Form
Is your UWP NetID password expired or forgotten? Just complete and submit the form below, and a temporary password will be sent to you via e-mail. Temporary passwords are only good for 6 grace log-ins! So be sure to follow the instructions in the e-mail message you receive that will tell you how to log in and change your temporary password to a password that you choose. Password reset requests are processed every weekday. Requests received before 8:00 AM CST are processed by 10:00 AM CST, and requests received before 4:00 PM CST are processed by 6:00 PM CST.
