Online grades for all degree seeking students will be posted to their D2L advising site by August 27th. If you need your password to this site reset please contact John Vieth (viethj@uwplatt.edu).
Here is the link to the D2L advising site: https://uwplatt.courses.wisconsin.edu
Special (non-matriculated) students do not have access to a D2L advising site and so they will be sent a grade report in the mail once grades have been processed.
If degree seeking students need grade reports uploaded to the D2L site, they should e-mail Marissa (johnmari@uwplatt.edu) in the Distance Learning Center. The e-mail should include: Student's full name and daytime phone number, program they are in, reason they need the grade card. We use the reason for tracking/student services purposes. If students cannot e-mail the request, they can call the Distance Learning Center with the required information.
If a degree seeking student has had a grade report uploaded in the past, we plan to do this automatically for those students this semester also. However, students should e-mail a request to us if they do not see the grade report uploaded by August 27th or if they need a copy and aren't sure if they've requested it in the past.
Please contact the Distance Learning Center (disted@uwplatt.edu, 800-362-5460 if you have questions on this process or if you have any trouble accessing the D2L advising site.
