PM 701- Project Management Technique I
PM 702 - Project Management Techniques II
PM 701 - Project Management Techniques I
Course Description: In PM 701, Project Management Techniques I, you will examine the issues surrounding project scope definition; learn to develop and execute a plan; study sequencing, scheduling, and controlling activities for timely completion of projects; and learn to collect and disseminate project-related information.
Instructor Information: Joanne Wilson is a professor of general engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California-San Diego, and a Master of Science and Doctorate degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

PM 702 - Project Management Techniques II
Course Description: In PM 702, Project Management Techniques II, you will learn about the sequence of project management topics regarding organizational planning, staff acquisition, and team development; quality planning, assurance and control; risk identification and control; and managing procurement of goods and services from outside the performing organization.
