PROJECT
MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATES
A
Certificate in Project Management is now available online through UW-Platteville.
This certificate is designed for people who want to get a solid foundation
in basic project management skills, but who are not currently pursuing
the Master of Science in Project Management. The credits earned for
the certificate may later be applied toward the master's degree for those
who apply for and are accepted into the degree program. The Certificate
in Project Management is comprised of three courses (nine graduate credits),
including:
PM
701 - Project Management Techniques I (3 credits)
PM
702 - Project Management Techniques II (3 credits)
BSAD
554 - Quality Management (3 credits)
Together,
these courses present the nine areas of the Project Management Body of
Knowledge and provide a solid foundation for taking the Project Management
Professional examination. We also offer the option of customizing
a certificate to fit the needs of your company.

COURSE EXAMINATION REQUESTS
When
you request an examination, please refer to the Module Examination Information
in your course manual. The last page in each module lists the complete
information you need to provide to receive the correct examination. Pay
particular attention to the textbook edition and the course manual
edition. Do not confuse your textbook with your course manual.
The course manual is written by your instructor.
