BsAd 553 - Organizational Behavior (3 credits)
Course Description: In-depth study of the development of organizational theory and behavior. Recent theory is discussed in relationship to management applications.

BsAd 554 - Quality Management (3 credits)
Course Description: Provides an understanding of the tools, language, and techniques used in the field of total quality management (TQM).  The history of the quality movement, majortenets of the field, theorists and their philosophies, and the use of basic tools of TQM will all be covered in this course.  The course focus will be project-based in a team environment.

Math 603 - Statistical Methods with Applications (3 credits)
Course Description: Introduction to probability, density and distribution functions, special discrete and continuous distributions, estimation, hypothesis testing, chi-square, correlation, and regression.  Prerequisite: Math 274 or its equivalent (Calculus II).

Course Ends: May 8, 2001

PM 701 - Project Management Techniques 1 (3 credits)
Course Description: In PM 701, Project Management Techniques I, you will examine the issues surrounding project scope definition; learn to develop and execute a plan; study sequencing, scheduling, and controlling activities for timely completion of projects; and learn to collect and disseminate project-related information.

PM 702 - Project Management Techniques 11 (3 credits)
Course Description: In PM 702, Project Management Techniques II, you will learn about the sequence of project management topics regarding organizational planning, staff acquisition, and team development; quality planning, assurance and control; risk identification and control; and managing procurement of goods and services from outside the performing organization.
