REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Matriculated Student:

A matriculated student is an individual who has applied for and been accepted into a degree program. If you have not yet applied for admission to a program but are interested in doing so, please go to the admission area in your degree program. Matriculated students must contact an advisor before registering for a course. Once you have done so, you may register for courses through the online form. Please use the registration directory and select your degree program.

Special Student:

A special student is an individual who has not applied for and been admitted to a degree program. This includes anyone who wants to:

  1. Take a course(s) for personal enhancement.
  2. Take a course(s) for a certificate or diploma rather than for a degree.
  3. Transfer courses to another institution.
  4. Get started in a course while waiting to be admitted to a degree program.
  5. Enroll on a trial basis.

Special students are allowed to enroll in a maximum of 12 credits before they are required to apply for admission into a degree program. Special students are not eligible to receive financial aid.

To register for a class as a special student, use the link for Special Students on the registration directory.
