Request a UWP Transcript
If you have completed a course through UW-Platteville, you may have an official transcript of your courses sent to employers or educational institutions by contacting the registrar's office in writing. There is a $5 fee for this service. UWP's registrar can be reached at 608.342.1321 or at registrar@uwplatt.edu.
