What are the entrance requirements for the Master of Science in Organizational Change Leadership program?
All applicants must possess an undergraduate degree from an institution meeting University of Wisconsin System accreditation standards. A minimum grade point average of 2.75 is required. For more information, see the Admission Information
How many courses do I need to complete to earn the degree?
The Master of Science in Organizational Change Leadership degree consists of 30-39 credits. Graduate transfer credits are approved on a case-by-case basis, but under no circumstances may transfer credits substitute for more than half the credits required to earn the degree. How many hours should I commit to study each week?
For graduate-level coursework, you should schedule at least 10-15 hours of study time per week for each course.
Are there proctored exams for any of the courses?

How long will it take to complete the Master of Science in Organizational Change Leadership program?
Full-time students (9 credits per semester, fall and spring) can complete the degree in two years. Most students take one or two courses at a time and will finish in three to four years. Students are allowed a maximum of seven years to complete the program.
Do I need to make any visits to campus to complete my degree?
No, you can earn the degree entirely online. We do, however, invite our students and graduates to visit campus. Graduating distance learning students may participate in on-campus commencement ceremonies.

Can the GI Bill be applied to UW-Platteville Organizational Change Programs?
You should talk to your Veteran Service Officer (VSO) about the restrictions and requirements and specify that you are interested in taking distance education courses. How long does the admission process take?
You will receive notice regarding your admission approximately four weeks after the Distance Learning Center receives your official transcripts and the director of the organizational change leadership program receives all other required materials. Allow two weeks for all of your transcripts to arrive at UW-Platteville. It is your responsibility to request transcripts.
