UW-Platteville celebrates 150th anniversary

Fall 2015 marks the beginning of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville’s sesquicentennial celebration. In the coming year, the university will celebrate 150 years of providing high caliber education to students throughout southwest Wisconsin and the world over. Attend the Fall 2015 Career Fair

Distance students are invited to campus for the Fall 2015 Career Fair. The event runs September 28 to October 1 and features both local and national employers from a wide variety of fields, many of whom have a history of hiring UW-Platteville graduates for internships, co-ops, and full-time positions. Jennifer Williamson-Mendez, Director of the Academic and Career Advising Center, anticipates this semester’s event will be bigger and better than ever. Read more...

Distance accounting minor to be discontinued

Due to low enrollment numbers, the Distance Learning Center has decided to discontinue the accounting minor for distance education students at the end of the fall 2016 semester. Read more...
