Join University Counseling Services staff for free Yoga, Mindfulness/Meditation, and stress reduction workshops on Tuesdays throughout the semester! 

Dates: Beginning February 3, 2015 and continuing each Tuesday until April 28, 2015.

Time: 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Location: Bridgeway Commons Multipurpose Room

No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary. No need to register, just show up. Bring a yoga mat if you have one (some yoga mats are available). 

Reminders will be posted on UW-Platteville's facebook page, twitter feed, and posters displayed throughout campus. Contact our office for more information.
