Join University Counseling Services staff for FREE yoga, mindfulness/meditation, tai chi, and stress reduction workshops! 

4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Bridgeway Commons Multipurpose Room

Mindfulness/Meditation: Feb. 3, March 3, and April 7
Yoga: Feb. 10, March 10, and April 14
Workshops: "Staying Calm" Feb. 17; "Test Anxiety" March 31; "Self Compassion" April 21
Tai Chi: Feb. 24, March 24, and April 28

No previous yoga, meditation, or tai chi experience is necessary. No need to register, just show up. Bring a yoga mat if you have one (some yoga mats are available). 

Reminders will be posted on UW-Platteville's facebook page, twitter feed, and posters displayed throughout campus. Contact our office for more information.
