Yoga, Mindfulness/Meditation, & Stress Reduction Workshops

Join University Counseling Services staff for FREE yoga, mindfulness/meditation, tai chi, and stress reduction workshops! 

4:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Doyle Center for Gender and Sexuality

Mindfulness/Meditation dates:
Oct. 20, Nov. 3, and Nov. 17

Yoga dates:
Sept. 22, Oct. 6, Oct. 27

Tai Chi dates:
Sept. 29, Oct. 13, Nov. 10

No previous yoga, meditation, or tai chi experience is necessary. No need to register, just show up. Bring a yoga mat if you have one (some yoga mats are available).
