Four Season Gardening

Clyde Holverson is a Wisconsin native and a local master gardener, gardening for 40 years from California to Oregon to Wisconsin. He will lead you through the steps he takes to produce a bountiful harvest each season. Some of the topics covered will be site selection, soil preparation, fertilization, seed/plant acquisition, starting plants, transitioning plants from indoors to the garden, when to plant, plant spacing and depth, weeding and weed prevention, mulching, watering, thinning, pruning, training, harvesting, succession planting, preservation, storage, extending the gardening season and much more.  For more information or to register please visit or call 342-1314.
