Apply graduate credits to a Master of Science in Education-Adult Education degree program
UW-Platteville's School of Education offers a 32-credit, off-campus graduate degree program with an emphasis in Adult Education, and a concentration in Cultural Arts Management. Arts educators can take graduate courses to meet Wisconsin re-certification requirements, and apply them toward a graduate degree in adult education. Arts entrepreneurs can develop their leadership, financial management and marketing skills to help increase their sales and make it possible for them to be self-supporting -or to take on leadership and management positions in a variety of local, regional and statewide arts and cultural settings.Adult Education Emphasis
This emphasis provides advanced study to develop/enhance skills in designing, delivering and assessing educational programs for adults. You can earn the 12 credits required for the Adult Education Emphasis, by taking classes at Platteville, Madison, Milwaukee, or Racine via Interactive Television. These four 3-credit courses are offered each year. You also earn the last 2 credits by developing a Seminar Paper or Project, a culmination of the knowledge you've gained through the program.
