Who: 2011-12 High school sophomores, juniors and seniors who passed algebra. A waiting list will be created once program reaches capacity.

Applications are being accepted starting now until June 4, 2012 for the June session and June 20, 2012 for the July session. No refunds after June 4, 2012.

Where: University of Wisconsin-Platteville campus

When:

Cost: Includes instruction by university faculty, counseling services, t-shirt and instructional materials.

Commuter $540: includes above, plus lunches Monday-Friday and two evening meals.

Residential $755: includes above, plus breakfast, lunch, and supper meals Sunday evening andb Saturday breakfast, overnight accommodations and evening activities.

No refunds after June 4, 2012.

4. Payment for $755 if residential student and $540 if commuter student
