Description: Thurs, Sept 11 - Oct 9, 2008; 5:00 - 6:15 pm. Go with the flow! Vinyasa flow focuses on the elements of breathing and movement in yoga. Tracey Roberts, certified yoga instructor, leads students through series of poses, each sliding to the next at the speed of smooth, deep breath. Be prepared to sweat a little and leave class buoyant, refreshed, and calm. Because of the more active, less monitored nature of this class, students should be moderately fit and have prior knowledge and ability to perform the ten-fifteen basic yoga poses. Bring two large towels or small blankets and a yoga 'sticky mat'. Mats will be available for purchase the first night of class.
