Participants will get hands on as they disassemble a working computer; identifying each part as it is removed from the case. We will discuss troubleshooting techniques and common failures associated with hardware. After the working computer system is reassembled, participants will perform a memory upgrade and add a CD, floppy and/or hard drive. Participants will work in groups of two on one computer. The duration of this course is six hours total, three hours on two nights. Computers and tools are provided.

This yoga course for Level I-II students is designed to help you establish a regular home yoga practice. Students will design their individual home practice plans with the help of the teacher. Students will create practice charts and become accountable for the practice they hope to commit to. Each week we'll work on sequencing poses into new individualized plans so that by the end of the course students will have 5 separate plans they can use in their home practices. Bring two large towels or small blankets and a yoga 'sticky mat' and strap. Mats and straps will be available for purchase the first night of class. Also bring a folder and paper, (or writing journal) and pen.
