Description: Fri & Sat, Oct 3 & 4, 2008; Fri, 4:30 - 9:30 pm; Sat, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Designed for teachers, support staff, and all other educational professionals who have encountered difficult people in the educational work place. Using the conceptual framework developed by Florence and Marita Littauer, participants will learn about the strengths and weaknesses of the choleric, the phlegmatic the melancholy and the sanguine personality. Along with being able to identify the emotional needs of the four personalities, school personnel will demonstrate an understanding of each personality and identify ways to work with co-workers in their classroom. They will also display knowledge of how to apply this information to create learning environment that encourages positive interaction between their co-workers.
