    ($60 after March 7)

  • Mail: Check, money order, and credit card payment accepted for mail-in registrations. Just print the registration form and follow instructions for mail-in registration.

Confirmation of your registration will be sent by mail after March 7, with a map and parking information.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of registration. Your registration will be processed, and you will be assigned to available workshops, when we receive payment. Workshops are limited—register early!

No refunds after Friday, March 14, 2008. Register by March 7 to be eligible for the door prizes. Substitutions are allowed.

Cancellations received by Thursday, March 13 will receive a refund minus a $10 fee. Notification must be during business hours which are 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.

Registry Labels

Verification labels from The Registry will be provided after each workshop.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

Educators may receive a certificate for 0.6 Continuing Education Units (CEU) for participating in the conference. A $3 processing fee is due upon certificate request on the day of the conference.

UW-Platteville Credit Option

Educators may earn one UW-Platteville credit for participating in the conference and completing additional coursework. Request credit materials when registering. In addition to the conference fee, UW-Platteville tuition and fees apply. (Undergraduate tuition is $239.42 and graduate tuition is $380.92.)
