Participation and Lodging Form

Register Online: For your convenience, you can now register and make credit card payments online for the 16th annual Academic Staff Leadership Conference. After registering, please complete the lodging preference form if you opted to lodge at Southwest Hall on the UW-Platteville campus.

Fees:
Registration fee is $45 per person.
Registration fee with lodging is $81 per person.
