Bio: While I paint some people---mainly figures abiding in my imagination---crows have taken center stage. I look for them and listen for them everywhere. I trace their shape in the sky and in the treetops, even when they are hidden and all there is of them is cawing in the hills or beyond. My paintings reflect both their iconic shape and how they choose to be seen in this world, as well as the times when they wish only to be heard, when they've led me to a place that only echoes their existence.
