Bio: Tashai has been drawn to artistic pursuits since finger-painting in the bathtub with her cousin at age 3. She currently resides near the valley of the elves in the verdant rolling hills outside of Madison , WI . She works in new media including digital photography, digital painting and video. Producing mandala and kaleidoscope images are her current fascinations. The word "mandala" comes from Sanskrit. Mandalas traditionally represent wholeness and can touch us on many different levels.
