Registration Information

Gather with Southwest Wisconsin local leaders, urban and rural residents, farmers, nonprofit advocates, UW Extension agents, and many others, to share information and build efforts to expand Southwest Wisconsin's local food markets.

How To Register

For your convenience, you can now register and make credit card payments online for the Southwest Wisconsin Local Food Summit. You can also register by mail or fax using the printable registration form.

Registration Fee

Registration fee is $25, which includes lunch and all materials.

Online Registration

Please use our online registration to register for the event and supply us with your contact information. When doing so, you will be asked to indicate your payment preference. Finish your registration using the instructions that correspond with your payment option.

Registration by Mail or Fax
