ANNUAL JOB SECURITY REVIEW PROCEDURE
(Multiple Year, Rolling Horizon, and Indefinite Appointment)

Step 1: Personnel Office notifies Cabinet and Personnel Commission of employees eligible for multi-year, rolling horizon, or indefinite appointments. Personnel Commission notifies eligible employees.
Step 2: Those in their 5th or 6th year of employment who decide to pursue a multi-year or rolling horizon appointment prepare the needed documentation. The immediate supervisor requests the needed domumentation from those in their 7th year or beyond.

Step 8: Chancellor sends written notification to academic staff member regarding outcome of request for multiple year, rolling horizon, or indefinite appointment.
Only employees with 7 or more years of service are eligible to submit appeals.
