If you are currently working on a degree, please contact one of the Program Managers to discuss the scheduling of the required pre-engineering courses.

If you have an Associate of Arts or Science degree from one of the UW Colleges, your coursework will automatically transfer to UW-Platteville and satisfy UW-Platteville"s general education requirements.

If you have a degree from another institution, your official transcript will need to be evaluated by the Office of Admission at UW-Platteville to determine the accreditation of the institution and the transferability of the credits. Learn more about the transfer credit evaluation process. If you would like any of your engineering-related courses to be evaluated, you may request a transfer credit evaluation form by contacting one of the Program Managers.

All University of Wisconsin-Platteville engineering classes require a core background in calculus, chemistry, and physics with a grade of C or better. If you do not have one or more of these courses, you may take the class(es) at one of the UW Colleges. If you would like to take the class(es) at a different institution, please contact one of the Program Managers to insure that the course(s) will transfer to UW-Platteville. These courses are not available online through UW-Platteville.
