The Collaborative Engineering Program offers courses to students in two ways:

  1. Students near the UW-Fox Valley and UW-Rock County campuses may attend courses that are taught by UW-Platteville engineering faculty in a traditional classroom setting.
  2. Students anywhere in the state of Wisconsin may take streaming video courses via high-speed Internet. Because the course is recorded, you are not required to be at a specific place at a specific time. However, you do need to view the lectures on a regular basis consistent with the course syllabus in order to keep up with homework assignments, any lab requirements, and scheduled examinations. If the course includes a lab component, UW-Platteville lab managers will be at the UW Colleges campuses on a regularly scheduled basis to facilitate the required lab work.
