If a particular course requires specific software, the UW-Platteville lab manager will load it onto a laptop. This laptop will be available for checkout from UW-Platteville at no additional cost to the student. The lab manager will deliver the laptop to the UW Colleges prior to the start of the academic semester for student to pick up at the local Student Services Department.
The Pioneer Administrative Software System (PASS) is the official database for all academic information for students at UW-Platteville. You will use PASS to register for classes, check grades, find out details about tuition, view unofficial transcripts, and so on. You may access PASS by visiting the Academic Tools website or go to the "Academic Tools" link found at the top of all UW-Platteville web pages. Now, go to PASS and log in.
Desire2Learn is the official online learning management system for UW-Platteville. This is the online component for classes. You can get to Desire2Learn by using the Academic Tools link on the UW-Platteville home page, or by visiting the Academic Tools website.
