EVALUATION PROCEDURES

The guidance department will manage the evaluation of the project. The following evaluation procedures will be implemented:

• Student report cards will be reviewed and the number of positive and negative comments will be counted to determine a change.
• Student report cards will be reviewed and measured for improvement and elimination of failing grades.
• Seventy percent of assigned homework will be completed and returned for credit.
• Review student discipline records to determine a decrease in referrals.

The evaluation will commence on the first day of participation in the program and will continue for a period of one school year. At the end of the school year, the student services team, as well as the parents, will determine the level of support required to meet the student's academic, behavioral, and social needs.
