TIMELINE

1. December 9, 1996 --- Initial team meeting with discussion of possible projects and timeline completion.

2. February 18, 1997 --- Team met and reviewed a number of samples of middle school handbooks.

3. March 5, 1997 --- Team met and made initial draft of student handbook.

4. March 18, 1997 --- Team met and made revisions after submission of rough draft to staff.

5. March 23, 1997 --- Team met and wrote second draft of the student handbook.

6. April 12, 1997 --- Team met to finalize project proposal and assign specific project format sections to team members.

7. May 1, 1997 --- Team met to update project progress and make additional revisions to handbook.

8. June 15, 1997 --- Finalize team membership with addition of two new staff members.

9. July 20, 1997 --- Team meeting to finalize plans for Platteville seminar.

10. July 27, 1997 through August 1, 1997 --- Transescent Seminar.

11. August 8, 1997 ---Completion of handbook and submission to Rosholt School Board for approval.

12. August 18, 1997 --- Distribution to sixth grade students at orientation.

13. August 20, 1997 --- Distribution to staff at pre-school inservice.

14. August 22, 1997 --- Distribution to remaining middle school students on the first day of school.
