Bank Mobile


UW-Platteville has partnered with BankMobile to offer direct deposit on tuition refunds. 

To get started:

  1. Check your mail for the bright green envelope. 
  2. Locate your Personal Code found inside the envelope.
  3. Go to or click on the BankMobile button below and enter your personal code to get started. You will then be able to choose between creating a new account with BankMobile or depositing your refund into an existing bank account. To deposit your refund to an existing bank account, follow these instructions
NOTE: To create a Bank Mobile account you need the last four digits of your student ID (a 9-digit number that begins with 1). Your Pioneer Passport card number and/or your social security number will not work on the BankMobile system. If you do not know your student ID#, please log into your PASS account. Click on Self Service and then Student Center. Under the Finances section, click on Account Inquiry, then on Statement of Account-On Campus or Distance Ed. Your student ID will be listed on the left side of the box.
