The University of Wisconsin-Platteville now offers direct deposit on tuition refunds. UW-Platteville processes tuition refunds through a third party vendor called BankMobile® a Division of Customers Bank.  You will receive a green envelope in the mail from BankMobile containing a personal code. Once you have received your personal code, you will need to visit and enter your personal code. You will then be able to choose between creating a new account with BankMobile or depositing your refund into an existing bank account. To deposit your refund to an existing bank account, follow these instructions. If you have any questions regarding refunds, please contact the cashier's office.
